At Narrow Road Renovations, we believe in second chances, hard work, and transformation. We are proud to provide employment opportunities to men of all ages who are committed to living a sober lifestyle free from drugs and alcohol and who want to create positive change in their own lives and in the lives of those around them.

We support men in recovery by offering meaningful work and on-the-job training in an environment that prioritizes sobriety and community. We offer our employees flexibility for scheduled court appearances and probation hearings, encourage healthy family reunification efforts, and are here to support them however we can.

our work |

At Narrow Road Renovations, we know that a person's past does not define their future. We proudly offer employment opportunities to dependable individuals who have been previously incarcerated and are committed to working hard, treating others with respect, and living a sober lifestyle free from drugs and alcohol.

We hire based on character, work ethic, and a willingness to learn. If you are ready to be part of a team that values learning, accountability, and growing alongside other men in faith and skills, we would love to hear from you!

| Who we hire

While previous incarceration does NOT disqualify you from employment, because our team works primarily in residential family homes, applicants with convictions for certain violent or sexual offenses may not be eligible for employment due to the nature of the position. We appreciate your honesty, and all other criminal history will be reviewed on an individual basis.
