At Narrow Road Renovations, we believe in meaningful work, personal growth, and the power of a supportive community. We are proud to provide employment opportunities to men of all ages who are committed to living a sober lifestyle and want to build a positive future for themselves and those around them.
Our work provides more than a paycheck. We offer meaningful employment, hands-on training, and opportunities to develop valuable skills in a workplace that prioritizes sobriety, personal growth, and community.
We primarily work on residential projects, including home remodeling through:
✔ Kitchen and bathroom demolitions
✔ Wall installation and removal
✔ Floor repairs
✔ Deck and fence construction
✔ Tile installation
✔ Interior and exterior painting
✔ And other services
No experience is required. We offer on-the-job training for those interested in becoming carpenters, electricians, plumbers, or pursuing a variety of other positions within the general construction trades. There are plenty of opportunities for growth in leadership, certifications, and skill development.
